It’s half term this week so the Coffee Shop is only open in the morning Wednesday,Friday and Saturday.

St Andrew’s Chapel Open

for personal prayer. Monday-Friday 8.45am-3.15pm.

SHOC (Slough Homeless Our Concern)

We would like our donations to SHOC to be ongoing and there is now a basket in the foyer of St Andrew’s to enable you to give dried goods, shoes (male or female) and clothes. More information about their “Most Needed” items is available by the basket.

Looking Ahead 

We will be starting our sermon and life group series, Paraclesis on 24th February

There are 6 sessions:

24th Feb Caring
3rd March Loving
10th March Journeying
17th March Living
24th March Healing
(31st March Mothering Sunday)
7th April Connecting

Each Sunday’s sermon teachings will be followed up by the Life Groups that week and there will be an Open Group at the Vicarage on Thursday evenings starting 28th Feb from 7.30-9pm. Please speak to Natasha if you would like to join in.

Renewing the Electoral Roll

A new Church Electoral Roll is being prepared. All persons who wish to have their names on the new Roll, whether their names are entered onto the present Roll or not, are requested to apply for enrolment not later than 8th April. To download a PDF form, click here. More information and copies of the application forms will be given at church services, and via all of our usual communications.

Nepal Leprosy Trust

The next prayer time for NLT, at the home of Hilda Rabbitt, will be on 19th Feb at 8pm.  Please contact Hilda via the Church Office.

Holy Dusters

Can you spare a couple of hours each month to help clean St Giles’?  If you think you would be able to help please contact the church office.
